We will be excited to work with you once you're of age! <3A non-refundable down payment of 30% (cost of materials) is required with all payment plans.A reference image is needed. If you have no reference, please make one! Tap into those artistic vibes~
WE DO NOT TAKE AI ART! IT WILL BE AN IMMEDIATE BLOCKNot all artistic designs are possible to create in fursuit form, such as floating parts or transparency. please understand that BASILSBUNGOLOW will be as creative as possible when coming up with ways to bring your dream to life!
But, if we are unable to achieve a specific design that may be too difficult to bring to life, we will work with you to re-design and reapprove these aspects.Your fursuit warranty begins 30 calendar days after being shipped from our office. This warranty allows the suit to be sent back for minor repairs caused by shipment or maker mistakes. BASILSBUNGOLOW is not responsible for repairs caused by negligence, normal wear and tear, abuse, or lack of care on the customer’s behalf. Shipping for returns deemed valid under this warranty are to be paid ½ by Basil and ½ by the customer. After 30 calendar days, this warranty expires. Basil will offer repairs ONLY due to manufacturer error for all suits (with shipping and repair costs paid for by the customer) for 365 days after the original delivery date.Fursuit fit is depicted ENTIRELY based off of provided DTD. If you send out an ill-fitting DTD, the suit will be a poor fit as well. BASILSBUNGOLOW is NOT liable for this issue.*DTD is a “duck tape dummy” used to make accurate fullsuits to your character. If these DTDs or “duck tape dummies” are NOT accurate that is entirely on the customer who provides the dummy. We cannot change this once it is sent to us.PREMADE ITEMSSometimes BASILSBUNGOLOW and BNYBUNGOLOW create premade items (tails, paws, heads).
By purchasing a premade item, you acknowledge the following:For fursuit heads, the size and quality is often noted in the sales post. Some heads may have flaws that are addressed clearly, or may only fit larger or small head sizes. You will not hold BASILSBUNGOLOW or BNYBUNGOLOW accountable for any negligence in your reading if you have a head size that is said will not fit or were expecting a different quality. (if you have an issue, please come to us so we can work it out together! communication is KEY).For fursuit paws, my paws are ALL one size fits all. Claws will either be minky or clicky plastic/resin. All paws are lined.
For fursuit tails, the size and any quality issues will be noted in the sales post.
Premade items cannot be returned or refunded once sent out to the buyer.
Premade items may be resold but for no more than originally bought, unless something new is added.If a premade item is part of a giveaway or raffle, you may NOT RESELL the item. IF you do not PAY for the item, you have no right to resell it for any monetary value.PAYMENT

Payment can be made in full or in installments. For payment plans, a 30% non-refundable down payment is required to both order the materials and hold your slot in my queue.

REFUNDSOur refund policy is strict due to the amount of WIPS and collaboration between BASILSBUNGOLOW and the client. if the client is okay with the WIPS, there should be no reason for significant dissatisfaction.FURSUITS
30% down payment is NOT refundable. this covers the material cost, which once ordered, cannot be recovered.If you need to cancel and refund the order before any work is started, and you paid in FULL, you will get the remaining 70%. If you paid in installments and only paid the 30% down payment, no refund will be given.If you request a refund once the project is started, but not completed, you will get a partial refund as now the cost of materials and cost of BASIL'S effort is involved.
THE REFUNDED SUIT WILL BE TURNED INTO A PREMADE AND SOLD.If you request a refund once the suit is completed, the refund total will be smaller due to the significant effort fees and down payment costs. the suit will NOT be sent to the client if they cancel and refund, as that would be a free or discounted product. the suit will be turned into a premade and sold.We will try our best to change your original design if we choose to sell as a premade to another customer, but by canceling your order after the original suits completion, you understand and agree that we have the right to sell your suit, no matter what similarities may or may not occur between your suit's design and one we eventually sell as a premade product
WIPSWIPs will be sent when they are available. WIPs will not be sent if it is a “surprise” order, where the artwork or fursuit would be complete artistic liberty.*WIP or WIPS are “work in progress” these are sent to a customer or client to show progress on their suit throughout its development.SHIPPING
Shipping fees are NEVER included in our prices. You agree to pay the full amount of shipping when it comes time to mail your product(s), unless we have agreed otherwise.BASILSBUNGOLOW ships mainly using USPS or for larger orders Pirate Ship. (Subject to change with 8% surcharge).
BNYBUNGOLOW and BASILSBUNGOLOW uses both drop off and pick up (we live right next to a UPS and USPS!)
Please be patient when waiting for the tracking, as we do not get access to them until the next morning!Shipping normally takes 1-4 days from BASILSBUNGOLOW and BNYBUNGOLOW depending on your location WITHIN THE US. As of this edit (04/28/26) we do NOT ship out of the US due to insane tariff pricing.We understand how upsetting it can be if a fursuit is lost in transit, if this happens we will work to fix this issue so your suit gets to you! However, we will provide no refunds to the suit as this suit is completed and would require a reorder of all materials and take time to be remade. If you're interested in this suit to be remade we will offer a 30% discountIMPORTANT
BNYBUNGOLOW's office is a PET FREE office as we work in a production facility. Basil's family owns a coffee company so all products will have a FAINT SCENT of coffee (I cant control it but if you are incredibly sensitive to the smell, I will personally wash and package your order to get rid of the smell. <3)Our office is a smoke-free environmentBNYBUNGOLOW and BASILSBUNGOLOW work full-time jobs on top of production. We have varying days off and hour changes due to this. We will maintain the deadlines we have set unless otherwise discussed. (Never hesitate to reach out!)RIGHTS RESERVEDBASILSBUNGOLOW and BNYBUNGOLOW reserves the right to decline to work for someone for any reason. If a client is rude, demanding, harassing, guilt-tripping, or otherwise a nightmare, we WILL cancel the order and refund accordingly. If the client has only paid the 30% down payment, no refund will be issued. If the product is almost entirely done, minimal refund will be issued, and the product will be scrapped, sold or altered, and then sold.BASILSBUNGOLOW and BNYBUNGOLOW reserves the right to use any photos/videos of our creations to use for promotional and example purposes across our social media.BASILSBUNGOLOW and BNYBUNGOLOW reserves the right to reutilize and resell any abandoned or canceled projects with small changes to the overall design if extremely unique.BASILSBUNGOLOW and BNYBUNGOLOW CAN and WILL refuse to work with babyfurs, zoophilies, pedophilies, and supporters of any of the previously mentioned. BNYPUDN and BNYBUNGOLOW does not associate with ANY of them, please respect our boundaries and do not make us uncomfortable.
